In an interview with Shanghai Daily, Sinologist Ingrid d’Hooghe looks back at her experience in China 26 years ago, being here as a student.

Now she moved back to Shanghai and sees a different China and looks at it from a different perspective: instead of being the student, this time Ms d’Hooghe is the lecturer.
