January 18, 2012 On 18th Jan 2012, Twentsche Fibre Optics Ltd. (TFO) held Fibre Expansion Project Opening Ceremony in Nanjing Pukou Hi-Tech Development Zone. TFO is a WOFE of the Dutch TKH Group founded in 1998 with a total investment of $ 127.8 million. It is an integrated high-tech manufacturer of optical fibre and optical fibre cable.
